Not bad at all. Not Bad.
Just a quick picture moment.
Here is Fergie before receiving her award and her big performance in the Teenage Choice Award.

Not bad at all. Not Bad.

I posted a few days ago that Fergie was nominated in the recently concluded Teenage Choice Awards and guess what??!!!
SHE WON!!
She won as the choice Female artist ![]()
Congrats Fergie! You deserve it.

Fox recently announced that Fergie would be one of the artists performing in this year’s Teen Choice Awards. The three-time Grammy winner would be performing her latest hit, “Big Girls Don’t Cry”. The event would be hosted by Hillary Duff and Nick Cannon.
As for me, I can’t wait!
The Black Eyed Peas (BEP) are back!! Well, in the concert scene that it is.

Though there are no news for a new album, BEP fans (including me) are hopeful that there would be an announcement in the next couple of months. In the meantime, the BEP is in Korea for their concert and the members of the group would have a chance to perform their solo piece in the concert.
Will.i.am also shared some thoughts on the solo endeavors of the BEP members stating that:
“The cool thing about being in the Black Eyed Peas is that we’re kind of like solo artists in a group. Apl can sing a song in Tagalog by himself. Fergie’s got her solo album. Taboo can rap in Spanish. … It’s a good experience to be able to be in the Black Eyed Peas and still do side solo projects. Its good to have the support of friends, still go on tour and rock the stage. It’s not strange at all. You actually benefit from it”
I just found out this music video for the song Clumsy by Fergie. I just have one thing to say about it: Cool!!
Good news for Fergie fans out there!! Fergie continues to reign over the Australian music world as she dominates both the album and singles chart.
Her hit ballad, Big Girls Don’t Cry beats Rihana’s catchy tune of Umbrella while Fergie’s “The Dutchess” album beats Michael Buble’s recently released album called Call Me Irresponsible.

Fergie claims that she is at peace with herself and doesn’t participate in any argument.

The former meth user said that she is at peace with herself and rarely loses her temper in an argument. She was also quoted stating: “It sounds kind of corny but I like to discuss rather than yell. The last time was probably years ago in my early twenties when my ex-boyfriend threw all my clothes off the balcony. We didn’t break-up, though. It was a very ‘exciting’ relationship. Fiery!”
I think that she’s just keeping her temper inside and if it explodes, its one big explosion!

Fergalicious is very much apparent in the VMAs!
The 2007 VMA nominees were announced today and our dutchess was nominated as the Female Artist of the Year. Fergie was described in the nomination website as:
Fergalicious is hit-a-licious! This year makes it clear that with, or without Black Eyed Peas, Fergie Ferg is a monster poptastic force to be reckoned with.
Other competitors for this category includes:
Beyonce
Nelly Furtado
Rihanna
Amy Winehouse
Unfortunately, I haven’t been to any Fergie concerts or BEP concert so that is why I really don’t have the authority to review any of her concerts. Though that is the case, Mikael Wood’s article offered a lot of great insights in one of Fergie’s concert which he attended.
Here is what he has to say:
Fergie’s 80-minute set emphasized her girl-next-door charm. In stark contrast with Stefani’s current show, which bursts with eye-popping spectacle, the stage looked practically bare: a black-velvet curtain emblazoned with a giant F and a modest riser for her four-piece band. As a canned horn fanfare blared and a group of break dancers stoked the capacity crowd’s excitement, Fergie sauntered onstage wearing a cape that her mom might have sewn 25 years ago as a Halloween costume.
Hey, even though she looked like Halloween there I bet she was a diva!
~How come every time you come around, My London, London bridge, wanna go down like,
London, London, London, wanna go down like, London, London, London, we goin’ down like…~
That chorus seems to be chanting over and over again. That is why I decided on posting London Bridge, the debut song of Fergie’s first solo album.
I really don’t understand the lyrics but what the heck, the beat really makes me dance!!!
~How come everytime you come around, My London, London bridge, wanna go down like,
London, London, London, wanna go down like, London, London, London, we goin’ down like…~

There are rumors circulating which says that Fergie is compromising her lyrics for Candie’s Inc. This news was denied by Fergie’s rep. stating that the company would not have any control on Fergie’s music.
In line with this, the newspaper The Sunday Times of London printed an apology to the dutchess saying that: “”Although Fergie has a commercial deal with Candie’s in which she appears in advertisements for its clothing, this does not include the incorporation of the Candie’s brand into her lyrics.”
Well, who’s the boss now eh?

Fergie recently held a concert at The Pearl in Palms Hotel and Casino Resort last July 28, 2007 in Las Vegas. Celebrities attended the said concert but there were two people who caught the media’s attention: Paris and Nicky Hilton.
This article provided an apt description of the two:
Dressed in a white mini dress, a far cry from her orange jail suit of earlier this summer, the glammed up heiress watched a performance by the Dutchess. Also in a mini dress was Paris’ sister, Nicky Hilton, who joined in on the fun. Nicky was joined by boyfriend David Katzenberg, who also attended the show.
Did you think they really watched the concert?
I’m thinking of having some old school Fergie and I think this video would best represent this sentiment that I’m feeling:
Enjoy!

The recently held PJ (Pajama) party for Fergie has been deemed as a “success” as all girls from variuos ages attended the said pj/concert part of the Dutchess.
The event was sponsored by the Victoria’s Secret pink. This is really an interesting marketing strategy for this successful lingerie company. Here is an interesting description of the said event:
For the one-night party, the outdoor concert venue was refitted with bubblegum-pink banners on the bleachers and strung with oversized Pepto-pink balloons. A makeshift beach with sand and beach chairs led the way to a shop selling Pink sweats and a $24 limited-edition concert tee.
Sounds fun! I wish I Was there
Fergie-Fan.info is a blog dedicated to everything "Fergilicious" and "Not so Fergilicous" about Black Eyed Peas member and Dutchess, Fergie.
I consider Fergie as one of the most influential people in the world especially in terms of music and fashion which is also the reason why this blog was born. It aims to showcase the roots and present news of this talented woman as well as some bits of gossip which makes this artist so fascinating.
